Vibratory/ Gear/ Rotary Motors and Pumps

A motor is a machine designed to convert energy into useful mechanical motion. These are also known as engines. There are many types of motor available in the market, we mainly have tie-up to deal in all Vibratory, Geared and Rotary motors.

  • Vibratory motors are available as Foot Mounted, Vertical Flange and in power ranges from 0.1HP to 20 HP and in 300 to 3000 RPM.
  • Gear motors is the most compact combination of an electric motor (A.C. or D.C.) and a gear box (helical, worm or epicyclical) converting the high speed of the prime mover to low speed with maximum efficiency. These are available as Helical Gear, Vertical Gear, Worm Gear etc.

A pump is a device used to move fluids, such as liquids, gases or slurries. These are categorized into three major groups as Direct Lift, Displacement and Gravity pumps. Within each category there are several pump types like Vibratory/ Rotary Pumps like Screw Pumps and Gear Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Hydraulic Pumps, Diaphragm pump etc.

  • Gear pumps consist of two meshed gears rotating in a closely fitted casing. Fluid is pumped around the outer periphery by being trapped in the tooth spaces.
  • Screw pumps are complicated type of rotary pumps, featuring two or three screws with opposing thread. The screws are each mounted on shafts that run parallel to each other. The turning of the screws, and consequently the shafts to which they are mounted, draws the fluid through the pump.
  • Centrifugal pumps are a roto-dynamic pump that uses a rotating impeller to create flow by the addition of energy to a fluid. Centrifugal pumps are commonly used to move liquids through piping and for large discharge through smaller heads.
