Magnetic Equipment & Spares (Drum Separator, Bar, Grill etc.)

A magnet is a material or object that produces a magnetic field. This magnetic field is invisible but is responsible for the most notable property of a magnet: a force that pulls on other ferromagnetic materials and attracts or repels other magnets.

Magnetic equipment and spares are used where the primary property of magnet (force to pull) is to be applied to some process. We make available various magnetic equipment and spares mainly classified into Filter and Separation products.

In Separation products, product range includes-

Magnetic Drum Separator (Single or Double) – These are most useful for separating tramp iron from non magnetic material processed in bulk quantity, for the purity of end products, recovery of metal having commercial value and protection of processing plant and machinery like separation of iron contamination from Minerals, Chemicals, Food, Flour, Plastics, Grains, Sand, Cement, Fertilizers, Abrasives, Glass, Slag, Ores, Rock, Refractory and many other products. The drum size ranges from 300MM to 800MM and width from 300MM to 1500MM.
Magnetic Inline Type Separator – This is self-cleaning type of Magnetic Separation with Drive System and housing with feeding hopper. It is generally used in continuous process line where magnetic particles are separated and collected continuously in collecting chute meant for it.
High Intensity Magnetic Roll Separator – Also known as Permanent Magnetic Roller Separators, these are used in various Industrial Minerals applications to remove weakly Magnetic Contamination efficiently with high energy rare Earth Neodymium Permanent Magnetic Roll Assembly.

In Filtration products, product range includes-

Grill Magnet – These are constructed from magnetic filter bar, stainless steel and then fixed onto a framework. When liquid containing iron/steel substances passes through the framework, the iron/steel substances will attach onto the surface of the filter bars. These units are used and applied in various fields such as Sugar, Chemical, Pharma, Textile, Beverages and other food processing industry.
Drawer Magnet – These are ideal for removal of fine iron and paramagnetic contamination from a range of dry free flowing products such as sugar, grain, tea, etc. They are constructed in SS304. These consist of a row or rows of round magnetic tubes that are assembled into drawers.
Magnetic Liquid Traps – These provide magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipments. They preserve product purity by removing small contaminants. So such separators are ideal for liquid purification.
